  1. Who runs it. The promoter is Liam Jones, trading as The Forest Watches, 5 Stratford Lane, Bridgnorth, WV15 5PQ. Email support@theforestwatches.com.
  2. When. Entries open when the giveaway post goes live at 18:00 on Monday 9 November 2026 and close at 12:00 noon on Sunday 15 November 2026, UK time. Entries outside those times don't count.
  3. Who can enter. UK residents aged 18 or over with an Instagram account. Not open to the promoter, people in his household or close family, or anyone involved in running the draw.
  4. How to enter. Free, no purchase necessary. Follow @theforestwatches, then comment on the giveaway post tagging a friend. Each comment that tags a different friend is one entry, up to 5 entries. Put the words you'd like engraved (up to 50 characters) in your first comment. A tagged friend must be a real person's account other than your own; brand, business, fake or duplicate accounts don't count, and each friend counts once per entrant.
  5. Repost entries. Repost the giveaway post with Instagram's Repost button, keep it on your profile until the draw, and comment "reposted" on the giveaway post for 10 more entries. Up to 15 entries per person in total.
  6. Entries that don't count. Entries made automatically or in bulk, comments deleted before the draw, accounts not following @theforestwatches when the draw is made, and entries outside the times above.
  7. The prize. One new WINDSOR wooden watch (Kosso wood, dark blue dial, 44mm, quartz movement) with the words from the winner's first entry comment engraved on the steel back, in a wooden gift box, with the same two-year warranty as a watch bought from us. Retail value £175 (WINDSOR £150, engraving £25). No cash alternative, and the prize can't be swapped or passed on. If the words can't be engraved (for example they are offensive or use someone else's trade mark) we'll ask for new ones, which may delay delivery. If WINDSOR is no longer available we'll offer a watch of the same or higher value.
  8. The draw. On Sunday 15 November 2026, after entries close, one entry is picked at random by computer, with every valid entry having the same chance. We then check the picked person meets these terms (following, comments still up, tagged friends valid, repost still up if claimed). If the picked entry fails the checks, it is removed and we pick again; if the person fails, all their entries are removed and we pick again. We keep a record of how it was done.
  9. The odds checker. The entry counts on this page are updated about every hour from the comments and are a guide only. The count at the close and the checks above decide.
  10. Telling the winner. We message the winner from @theforestwatches by 15:00 on Sunday 15 November 2026 and reply to their comment. We will never ask for payment, card details or a login. The winner has 7 days to reply, confirm they meet these terms and give a UK delivery address. If we hear nothing after two messages and 7 days, we pick another winner the same way.
  11. Delivery. Free tracked post to a UK address, within 30 days of the winner's reply. If it arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace it.
  12. Publishing the winner. We'll name the winner's Instagram account on the giveaway post on 15 November, and show their surname and county on this page once they reply. If the winner objects, tell us and we'll show less, but we may still have to give it to the Advertising Standards Authority if they ask.
  13. Your details. We read public Instagram names and comments on the giveaway post to count entries, and use the winner's address only to send the prize. Entry records are deleted by 31 January 2027. Joining our emails is separate, optional and not an entry. See our privacy policy.
